This awe inspiring screen from Vincent
van Gogh’s painting ‘Flowering Plum Tree’ - adapted from the Japanese ukiyo-e master Hiroshige's ‘The Plum Garden in Kameido’ - has been used to illustrate how
deep and lasting values get created by exchanging and experimenting with ideas from different geographies and cultures.
As part of its Knowledge Network building activities, IKP Knowledge Park organises the International Knowledge Millennium Conference, IKMC, once every two years on a topic of global relevance in technology innovation to deliberate on global trends, and opportunities for India in that area, with key stakeholders and experts.

With a panel of speakers that includes luminaries in various fields, the delegate list is made up of entrepreneurs, scientists and policy makers from all over the world.

Each of the IKMC themes closely echoed the focus areas of IKP, thus helping IKP in validating and formulating its strategy for future growth as a Science Park.
 
IKMC 2002 was held in November, 2002 and focused on "Drug Discovery and Healthcare in the Knowledge Economy: India's Opportunities."
 
IKMC 2004 was held between October 31 - November 2, 2004 and focused on
"Biotechnology in India - Building Bridge between Science & Industry."
 
IKMC 2006 was held on December 19 & 20, 2006 at Hyderabad and focused on
"Improving Public Health in India: Need for Innovative Solutions in Healthcare Delivery."
 
IKMC 2009 was held on November 9 & 10, 2009 at Hyderabad and focused on
"Productization to Improve Healthcare Access and Reach."
